They are starting with the biggest bottleneck in the workflow: data ingestion and organization.

Broome connects directly to email and cloud drives, using AI agents to automatically capture and organize new deals as they arrive. Instead of manually compiling information, teams can immediately screen opportunities and build a structured database of property insights in minutes.

The result? Investors save time, underwrite more, and have better access to their historical data.

And this is just the beginning. Broome’s long-term vision is to own the entire deal lifecycle - from first look through asset management - becoming the platform that turns every deal into a compounding layer of proprietary intelligence.

Friends since their freshman year at Cornell, Ziggy (CEO), Alec (CPO), and Alex (CTO) have always known they wanted to build something meaningful together.

Ziggy is mission-driven and brings a deep understanding of the customer. He spent years at leading CRE investment firms, including PGIM and two family offices, where he experienced the inefficiencies of acquisition workflows firsthand.

Alex is a systems builder at heart. Prior to Broome, he led infrastructure and automation efforts at The Org, where he built many of the company’s internal systems from the ground up.

Alec completes the team with strong product instinct and execution. With experience in product and growth roles at The Org and Capital One, he brings both structure and speed to Broome’s development.
